The sweet smell of doggie odor

Warning: Barley montage below. Avert your eyes if you can't handle absolute adorableness.

I miss Barley SO MUCH in LA. I feel all heartbroken that we left him at home, with my parents in China and my brother working all day (my brother will probably leave Barley at my grandma's place, but that's sad because no one will walk him). When I was loading up the car, he jumped up into the back seat like he usually does when we go out for drives. And he just sat there expectantly, with these big happy eyes, as if he was saying "where are we going exploring today?! I'm excited!" (tail wagging jubilantly). But when I told him to get down, he seems so sad! He crept out of the car with his tail down. ("I guess I'm not invited...") And then, he sat in front of the car, as if to block us from leaving. It seriously broke my heart to say goodbye to him... And when we closed the door and drove off, I could still see his furry body silhouetted against the window. He was still watching us leave! I know he misses me, and I definitely miss him already, so this is a photo montage of one of my very sweetest friends, Barley. Good dog. <3

Love him, love his doggie-stench and snorts and chubs and fur. Barley, you are the best dog ever. I miss you all the time when you're not around. Wish I could take you to school with me. :(

Oh no....poor Barley.  How long do you have leave him?

I am going back to see him in two more weekends! But then I have to go back to LA, and then back to NY. So I won't be back until winter, I think. Poor doggie.
